I have had some clients tell me that they have had a hard time coming up with clothing combinations for them and their family/ spouses. So I have a couple of pictures below of some samples and then I also have some tips of giving you ideas of what to wear. Hope you enjoy and will be some help!
The first rule of thumb is to choose outfits that coordinate but don’t match exactly. Layers and rich textures photograph beautifully and help give your pictures depth and interest. Choose looks that suit each person’s style and personality rather than having everyone wear the same white shirt and jeans. While it can be a little overwhelming to put together outfits for multiple people, it is well-worth the effort.
Don’t forget your shoes. They will show in some of the photos and you want to make sure they coordinate with your outfits.

Also avoid any type of writing, logo etc. on a shirt. The first thing your eyes will see is the word GAP running across little Jimmy’s chest!
Lastly, Less skin is more when it comes to photography, meaning try to avoid spegetti straps/halter tops, shorts and very low neck lines.
Hope this has been some help, but please let me know if you have anymore questions.
